City Service unaudited consolidated results for the second quarter of 2025

City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the second quarter of 2025, prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.

Consolidated revenue of City Service for the second quarter of 2025 was EUR 56.1 million, an increase by 7.3% over EUR 52.3 million for the second quarter of 2024.

Net profit for the period amounted to EUR 4.29 million, an increase over EUR 3.91 million net profit from a year ago. EBITDA for the second quarter of 2025 was EUR 5.4 million, a 15.5% increase over EUR 4.7 million a year ago.

Group consolidated results comprise only continued operations.
