City Service consolidated results for the six months of 2013

AB City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial
Statements for the six months of 2013, prepared according to International
Financial Reporting Standards, and Consolidated Interim Report for the six
months of 2013.

The total consolidated City Service revenue for the six months of 2013 was LTL
275.4 million (EUR 79.8 million), a 1.7% rise to the total revenue of LTL 270.7
million (EUR 78.4 million) for the six months of 2012.

EBITDA for six months of 2013 was LTL 26.4 million (EUR 7.6 million), an
increase by 40 % over LTL 18.8 million (EUR 5.4 million) a year ago. Net profit
for the period amounted to LTL 11.6 million (EUR 3.4 million), an increase by
16 % over LTL 10 million (EUR 2.9 million) a year ago.

First half of the year was very active in Polish market - here we have grown
more than expected. In Poland we see further opportunities for organic growth,
which we shall embrace. Decline of Polish zloty (PLN) and Russian ruble (RUB)
exchange rate had a negative impact on Company's net profit, LTL 3.1 million in
total, stated Žilvinas Lapinskas, General Director of AB City Service.
