City Service Group annual information and consolidated audited results for the year 2010

City Service AB announces its audited Consolidated Annual Information and
audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2010, prepared according
to International Financial Reporting Standards.

Due to updated accounting of deferred profit tax City Service group's
consolidated net profit for the period after audit mounted up to LTL 25.5
million (EUR 7.4 million), a 66% rise comparing to 2009. The total consolidated
revenue for 2010 was LTL 542 million (EUR 157 million), a 44% rise comparing to
2009. Audited EBITDA mounted to LTL 35.7 million, a 41% rise comparing to 2009.

In 2010 we have expanded the area of managed facilities successfully, reaching
20.5 m sq. meters to this date. Our long term goal is to reach 27 m sq. meters
of facilities managed in 2012. We are focused on this goal , stated Žilvinas
Lapinskas, General Manager of AB City Service.

Company‘s Board proposes to the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting to pay
dividends in the amount of LTL 7.903 thousand (EUR 2.289 thousand), one share
should receive LTL 0.25 (EUR 0,072) dividend.
