City Service AB consolidated results for the year 2009

City Service AB, owner of the Baltic States largest facilities management group
of companies, announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements
for the year 2009, prepared according to International Financial Reporting
Standards.

Consolidated revenues of the City Service AB for 2009 comprised LTL 375.1
million (EUR 108.7 million), an increase by 42 % over the LTL 263.8 million (EUR
76.4 million) for the year 2008.

The consolidated net profit for 2009 reached LTL 14.1 million (EUR 4 million)
and grew by 62% in comparison with LTL 8.7 million (EUR 2.5 million), in 2008.
EBITDA for 2009 comprised LTL 25.4 million (EUR 7.3 million). In 2008 EBITDA was
LTL 14.6 million (EUR 4.2 million).

Overlooking activities of the last year we would like to highlight increasing
improvement of the subsidiaries operating in Russia. Successful reorganization
of newly acquired companies in St. Petersburg is among our principal
achievements of 2009, stated Žilvinas Lapinskas, Director General of City
Service AB.
City Service AB will expand its activities in Russia‘s communal services market
with Sberbank, the largest bank in the country. Early in the year cooperation
agreement has been signed between the company and the bank that is responsible
for management of state funds allocated for communal market reform.

Currently, in Saint Petersburg, City Service AB controls 6 successful companies,
maintaining more than 7 million sq. m. of apartment building area.

In Lithuania, the Group provides its services to apartment buildings in Vilnius,
Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Alytus, Palanga, Pagėgiai and Šilutė. The
company's services are also used by residents of apartment houses in Riga
(Latvia). In Lithuania, the Group of companies holds 34 % of the commercial
building maintenance market.

City Service AB owns 33 companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, and
Ukraine. The Group manages facilities in buildings the total area of which is
nearly 18 million sq. m. The shares of City Service AB are listed on the Main
List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange.
