On the prognosis of financial results for 2010

City Service AB plans to reach consolidated revenue of LTL 501 million (EUR
145.2 million) in 2010 - an increase by 33.5 % compared to LTL 375.1 million
(EUR 108.7 million) in 2009. According to the plans, the Group's consolidated
EBITDA shall amount to LTL 41,8 million (EUR 12.1 million) and consolidated net
profit shall amount to LTL 21.5 million (EUR 6.2 million) in 2010. Compared with
the results in 2009, EBITDA shall increase by 64.5 %, net profit by 52.4 %.

Žilvinas Lapinskas, General Director of City Service AB, stated: While
presenting the prognosis of the activities for the following year, I would like
to signify that revenues of the Group's subsidiaries operating outside Lithuania
shall amount to 64 % of total turnover.

In 2010, revenue and results of three companies acquired in the middle of 2009
in St.Petersburg, Russia, shall fully consolidate in the Group's results, as
shall revenue and results of Ecoservice UAB and its subsidiaries, acquired in
the beginning of 2010. The increase in net profit shall be conditioned by
reorganization of newly acquired companies in Russia and focused application of
efficiency measures throughout the Group.

City Service AB owns 33 companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, and
Ukraine. The Group manages facilities in buildings the total area of which is
nearly 18 million sq. m.
