City Service consolidated results for the three months of 2010

AB City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial
Statements for the three months of 2010, prepared according to International
Financial Reporting Standards.

The total consolidated City Service revenue for the three months of 2010 was LTL
138 million (EUR 40 million), an increase by 73 % over the total revenue of LTL
80 million (EUR 23 million) for the three months of 2009.

Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 7 million (EUR 2 million), an increase
by 75 % over LTL 4 million (EUR 1.2 million) a year ago. EBITDA for three months
of 2010 was LTL 10.1 million (EUR 2.9 million), an increase by 34 % over LTL 7.5
million (EUR 2.2 million) a year ago.

City Service group operates in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine, with over
18 million square meters of facilities under management of Group's companies.
