City Service consolidated results for the nine months of 2010

City Service announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements
for the nine months of 2010, prepared according to International Financial
Reporting Standards.

The total consolidated City Service revenue for the nine months of 2010 was LTL
389 million (EUR 112.5 million), including LTL 247 million in foreign markets.
This makes an 53 % increase over the total revenue of LTL 253 million (EUR 73.3
million) for the nine months of 2009.

Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 15.4 million (EUR 4.5 million), an
increase by 69 % over LTL 9.1 million (EUR 2.6 million) a year ago. EBITDA for
nine months of 2010 was LTL 25.7 million (EUR 7.5 million), an increase by 52 %
over LTL 16.9 million (EUR 4.9 million) a year ago.

City Service group operates in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine, with over
18 million square meters of facilities under management of Group's companies.
