City Service - Notification on material event

The decision to delist the shares of City Service SE from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius, was adopted

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-02-15 15:45 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 15 February 2016 the Board of AB Nasdaq Vilnius decided to satisfy the request of City Service SE (hereinafter, the “Company”) and to delist its shares (ISIN code: EE3100126368, ticker CTS1L) from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius. The shares of the Company will be removed on April 30, 2016 (the last trading day on the Baltic Main list of City Service SE shares will be on April 29, 2016). Following delisting of shares of the Company from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius, they will further be listed and it will be able to trade in them on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
