9^{th, 2013 AB
City Service (the Company further on) signed a financing agreements with Nordea
Bank Finland Plc Lithuania branch (enterprise code 112025592), which allows the
Company to borrow up to EUR 28 million for 5 years. The loan shall be used to
finance active expansion of City Service group through acquisitions in foreign
and Lithuanian markets, also for refinancing of existing loans.}
