City Service AB board has adopted the decision to establish four new subsidaries

City Service AB board on 22 March, 2010, adopted the decision to establish four
new subsidiaries - Baltijos liftai UAB, Baltijos pastatų valdymas UAB,
Baltijos būsto priežiūra UAB and Skolos LT UAB. Establishment of the companies
is related to planned expansion in Lithuania within year 2010.

The sole founder and shareholder of the companies - City Service AB.
