On City Service AB Board member resignation

Since 18 January 2010 City Service AB board member Arūnas Mačiuitis resigned
from his duty in the board. The decision to leave the board of the Company was
intended by the fact that Arūnas Mačiuitis is no longer the shareholder and the
board member of the controlling shareholder of the Company.

The other three City Service AB board members - Andrius Janukonis, Gintautas
Jaugielavičius, Darius Leščinskas continue their duties in the board of the
Company, while also remains the shareholders of the Company controlling
shareholder.
