Proposals by Citycon’s Board of Directors' Audit Committee for the AGM

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 7 February 2012 at 12:20 hrs Citycon Oyj's Board of Directors' Audit Committee proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 March 2012 that the company's present auditor, Ernst & Young Oy, a firm of authorised public accountants, be re-elected the auditor of the company and that the audit fee be paid according to the auditor's invoice. Ernst & Young Oy has announced that Tuija Korpelainen, APA, would continue as the chief auditor of the company.
