Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 26,185,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each for general corporate purposes.
The shares may be issued from time to time for cash in order to satisfy investor demand provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 21 March 2023.
