Citizens & Northern Corporation (the “Company”) announced unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2021. On July 22, 2021, the Company issued a press release titled “C&N Declares Dividend and Announces Second Quarter 2021 Unaudited Financial Results,” a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company’s “banCNotes,” a report that includes unaudited financial information, will be mailed to shareholders on or about July 29, 2021.
