Citizens, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 2, 2009 at Citizens Academy, 18617 East Highway 29, Buchanan Dam, Texas 78609, at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time.

The Board of Directors recommends that you vote FOR the following proposals:
