CITIC Group Corporation is the parent company of CITIC Limited, which is the parent company of CITIC Corporation Limited, which is the parent company of CITIC Environment Investment Group Co., Ltd., which is the parent company of CITIC Environment (International) Company Limited, which controls CKM (Cayman) Company Limited ("CKM"). CKM has one wholly-owned subsidiary, CENVIT (Cayman) company Limited ("CENVIT"), which in turn holds 1,370,889,284 shares in CITIC Envirotech Ltd. ("Company").

CKM has received valid acceptances in respect of an aggregate of 399,308,830 shares, representing approximately 16.42% of the issued shares of the Company in the pre-conditional exit offer ("Exit Offer") in connection with the voluntary delisting of the Company from the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, made by CLSA Singapore Pte. Ltd. for and on behalf of CKM to acquire all the shares in the capital of the Company other than those already owned, controlled or agreed to be acquired by CKM and the parties acting in concert with it, at S$0.55 for each share, during the period of the Exit Offer from 3 January 2020 to 17 January 2020. Please refer to the joint announced dated 17 January 2020 made by CKM and the Company in relation to the close of the Exit Offer for further details.

The shareholding percentages in this Form 3 are computed based on 2,432,361,356 shares of the Company in issue.
