(Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 11 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.) Reference is made to the announcements dated 11 August 2025, 10 November 2025, 10 December 2025, and 10 March 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. The Company wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed for a further extension of time of 2 months from 11 May 2026 to 10 July 2026 to provide more time for the Parties to complete the remaining conditions precedent and related deliverables as set out in the SSAs. This announcement is dated 11 May 2026.
