Departure of Director

On October 15, 2025, Wesley G. Bush notified Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) of his decision not to stand for re-election at Cisco’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”). Mr. Bush will continue to serve as a director until the 2025 Annual Meeting.
