Notice for the 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Century Iron and Steel Industrial Co., Ltd.

A. The 2026 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting is to be held at (Century Iron and Steel Industrial Co., Ltd. Conference Room 4F) No. 1119, Section 1 Zhongshan Road, Guanyin District, Taoyuan City, on May 25 (Monday), 2026 10:00 a.m. The shareholders’ sign-in time of the present shareholders’ meeting starts at 9:30 a.m., and the registration place is identical to the meeting venue.

   (2) 2025 Audit Committee’s Review Report
   (3) Report on 2025 status of distribution of remuneration of employees and directors
   (4) Report on 2025 distribution of earnings and cash dividends

C. The Company’s 2025 earnings distribution main content:
The shareholders’ cash bonus distributed this time is NT$1,111,034,993, and the earnings per share of NT$4.5 is distributed, calculated to the whole dollar amount, and the decimal value less than the dollar amount is truncated. In addition, the total of the odd values less than NT$1 is counted toward the Other Income of the Company.

D. According to Article 165 of the Company Act, the share transfer and registration are suspended March 27, 2026 to May 25, 2026.
