eXyond, subsidiary of CIRCLE Group, secures a contract worth approximately €250,000 as part of supply chain digitalization initiatives

The project focuses on digital interoperability solutions, eFTI and document dematerialization, aimed at supporting road transport and logistics companies

Milan, April 28, 2026

Circle S.p.A. (“CIRCLE” or the “Company”) - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – announces that its subsidiary eXyond has secured a new contract with a total value of approximately €250,000 by a leading player active in the development of services supporting companies operating in the road transport and logistics sector, with a well-established nationwide network.

The project is part of broader supply chain digitalization initiatives and entails the provision and implementation of advanced technological solutions for the management and interoperability of information flows, with a specific focus on compliance with the European eFTI Regulation and the progressive dematerialization of transport documentation (e-CMR and e-DDT).

In particular, the activities include the adoption of the Milos® Transport Federative Platform (TFP), designed to enable integration between logistics operators’ information systems and to facilitate the digital exchange of data along the entire value chain, in line with federative models also promoted within national initiatives for the digitalization of the sector. The project also includes the activation of a specific module for connection with corporate TMS/ERP systems, as well as components dedicated to the management of transport documents in digital format.

The solution enables the companies involved to benefit from greater operational efficiency, reduced time and costs related to document management, as well as full regulatory compliance, while also contributing to the sustainability of processes through the reduction of paper usage.
