CIRCLE GROUP: eXyond in the RTI that wins the MIT tender for services supporting the functional management of the CCISS, for €1.9 million contract value
A strategic step also for the development of Infoblu NewGen
CIRCLE Group ("CIRCLE" or the "Company") - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – announces that its subsidiary eXyond, as part of a temporary consortium, has been awarded the tender launched by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport – Directorate-General for Road Safety and Road Transport for the provision of support services for the operational management of "CCISS – Viaggiare Informati".
Within the Temporary Consortium, eXyond will play a direct and operationally central role in the management of the CCISS service, handling the management of traffic information monitoring services and the running of the CCISS operations room, providing technical assistance to operators in the operations room and the 1518 call center, as well as providing support in the drafting of reports to the European Commission and participating in national and international round tables in support of the CCISS Management.
The final award decree was formalized by the MIT for a total amount of over €10 million, for a duration of three years starting January 1, 2026. eXyond's share corresponds to a value of approximately €1.9 million.
The award represents a major milestone for eXyond and, in particular, for InfoBlu NewGen, which consolidates and strengthens its position as a partner of excellence and institutional provider of traffic information services for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and the CCISS, with which it has been collaborating for years in a relationship based on reliability, operational continuity, and long-term vision. This result is part of the Connect 4 Agile Growth

industrial program, which sees eXyond and the Circle Group playing a leading role in the development of advanced infomobility services and the enhancement of data for road safety, logistics, and the efficiency of national mobility.
