Circle S.p.A. ("CIRCLE" or the "Company") - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalization of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – signed a new contract worth EUR 180,000 to launch an ambitious digitalisation project in cooperation with a major Mediterranean Port Authority.
The initiative is part of the Group's strategic activities aimed at innovating port-logistics processes through advanced technologies, interoperability, and compliance with European transport and sustainability regulations.
The project envisages the development of different innovative solutions, ranging from the digitalisation of rail and vehicle traffic, to the optimisation of railway shunting planning in the port context, and the implementation of a "Digital Twin" system for the simulation of port infrastructure scenarios. Among the main planned activities is the realisation of an API connector for the management of interoperability between the Port Community System (PCS) and the national eFTI node, with support functions for the management of the electronic Road Waybill (e-CMR), with a view to regulatory and operational compliancy with the main trends in the sector.

This new order confirms Circle Group's role as a reference technology partner in the digitalisation of Mediterranean ports, laying the foundations for increasingly integrated and innovative logistics, in line with the objectives of the "Connect 4 Agile Growth" industrial plan.

Circle also owns 21% of the share capital of ACCUDIRE, an innovative startup from Verona that provides a Collaborative Digital Platform capable of helping players along the global supply chain in the exchange of information and the management of document flows, starting with the e-CMR (or electronic waybill) and e-DDT.
Finally, through NEXT Customs, active in customs optimisation digital services and functional to the continuation of initiatives aimed at the harmonisation of customs processes, Circle has entered a strongly strategic sphere for the evolution of the Connect 4 Agile Growth path.
