CIRCLE Group enters joins a partnership to provide KMaster services to a major handler operating in three major European airports worth approximately €360,000

Milan, February 10, 2025

Circle S.p.A. ("CIRCLE" or the "Company") - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalization of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – announces that eXyond, a Circle subsidiary specialised in the digitalisation of the transport and logistics sector and offering innovative solutions to optimise the entire transport and logistics ecosystem, has launched a major project aimed at providing KMaster services for fleet management in three major European airports, improving the monitoring and management of fleets in the airport environment (Airside) and aiming to optimise operational and economic efficiency with immediate benefits.

The agreement, worth about €360,000 with a 5-year-term, therefore makes possible the provision of KMaster services, an integrated solution developed by eXyond (formerly Telepass Innova S.p.A.) for airports, allowing the monitoring of vehicle position and fleet management in real time, optimising costs and fuel consumption, in full compliance with current regulations. The system was designed for the specific needs of the road transport sector, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.

KMaster offers a unique combination of geolocation, fleet management and motorway toll payment through a single device, which has been in operation in Italy and across Europe for six years. The system is accessed through a web portal and mobile app, which allow users to monitor consumption, driving and rest hours, and manage security against theft, supported by a 24-hour operations centre.

Specifically for the airport sector, KMaster offers an advanced platform that includes cloudbased localisation capabilities, satellite devices, incident management (CrashManagement), reporting and authorisation management systems for vehicle access and use. These customised solutions meet specific airport needs and are easily integrated with other logistics, administrative and security systems.

On December 27th, 2024, eXyond acquired the business unit owned by Telepass Innova S.p.A. (a subsidiary of Telepass S.p.A.). The Business Unit includes the Infomobility Business Unit (resulting from the merger by incorporation of the company InfoBlu S.p.A. into Telepass Innova) active in advanced traffic monitoring and management services on the Italian road and motorway network, and the Telematics Business Unit (resulting from the merger by incorporation of the company KMaster S.r.l. into Telepass Innova) active in the provision of telematics services, based on proprietary technology platforms, to companies operating in the logistics, transport and insurance sectors. Circle subscribed to a capital increase equal to 21% of the share capital of ACCUDIRE, an Innovative Startup from Veneto that provides a Collaborative Digital Platform capable of helping players along global Supply

Chains in the exchange of information and in the management of document flows accompanying goods shipments, starting first and foremost with the e-CMR (or electronic waybill, part of an international standard and transposition law just approved by the Italian Parliament).

Finally, in February 2024 Circle established NEXT Customs, dedicated to digital customs optimisation services and functional to the continuation of initiatives aimed at the harmonisation of customs processes, a highly strategic area for the evolution of the Connect 4 Agile Growth path.
