The project involves the adoption of an integrated ecosystem for the digitalisation of logistics and document flows
Circle S.p.A. ("CIRCLE" or the "Company") - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – announces the signing of a new contract with a leading operator in the Mediterranean intermodal logistics sector, worth a total of approximately €260,000, for the supply of Milos® ecosystem solutions.
The project involves the adoption of an integrated ecosystem of digital solutions aimed at making operational activities and the management of information flows along the supply chain more efficient, secure and fully compliant with European regulations. In particular, the Milos® Transport Federative Platform (TFP) will be implemented, a federative platform designed to interoperate natively with the customer's corporate information systems and to digitalise the exchange of data between actors in the logistics chain, promoting a completely digital approach and a significant increase in the efficiency of operational processes.
To support document management, the project includes the adoption of the Accudire ExAc solution for the generation and management of digital transport documents such as e-CMR and e-DDT, alongside Milos® e-CMR / e-DDT connector, developed to ensure full interoperability with third-party platforms on the market and enable the automated acquisition of documents issued by other parties involved in the supply chain, reducing time, operating costs and margins of error.
The contract also provides for the activation of the Milos® eFTI platform, a solution designed to ensure compliance with the European eFTI Regulation (EU 1056/2022) and to enable, when required, the structured and secure sharing of data with the Public Administration, anticipating regulatory developments in the field of digital transport and logistics.

The initiative is part of a broader supply chain digitalisation process and also responds to the objectives of efficiency, interoperability and sustainability promoted by funding programmes dedicated to the logistics sector, confirming Circle Group's role as a leading technology partner for complex and intermodal operators.
"This new contract confirms the value of our Milos® solutions as a concrete enabler of digitalisation, interoperability and regulatory compliance processes for supply chain operators. We are proud of this achievement, which strengthens our position and fits perfectly with the objectives of the "Connect 4 Agile Growth" business plan, aimed at developing more efficient, effective and sustainable logistics," commented Luca Abatello, President and CEO of CIRCLE Group.
