Circa Group AS: Completion of share capital increase
Oslo, 29 April 2021. Reference is made to the press release from Circa Group AS (the “Company”) published on 14 April 2021 regarding the resolution by the board of directors of the Company to increase the Company's share capital, for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under the share lending agreement between the Company, Norske Skog ASA and Pareto Securities AS (the "Share Lending Agreement").
The issue of the 1,449,369 shares pursuant to the board resolution made on 14 April 2021, which will be used to settle the greenshoe option under the Share Lending Agreement, has today been registered with the Norwegian Business Register.
Following the issue of the shares, the Company has a total outstanding share capital of NOK 120,861,949 divided into 120,861,949 shares and votes, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and carrying one vote.
