CIRCA GROUP AS – INVITATION TO Q2 2021 RESULTS

Oslo, Norway – 24 August 2021

Circa Group AS's quarterly report and presentation for Q2 2021 will be published at 07:00 CEST on 26 August. The report and presentation will be available at www.newsweb.no and www.circa-group.com. A short webinar will be held at 08:30 CEST on the same day, where the management team will go through a summary of the presentation with opportunities to ask questions for registered participants.

Register your interest in participating in the webinar by sending an e-mail to info@circagroup.no no later than 15:00 CEST on 25 August. Confirmation and Teams-link will be sent later the same day.

It will also be possible to conduct individual interviews with the press after the webinar by further agreement with ks@sustainabilityconsult.com.
