Circa Group AS - CFO resigns from Circa Group

OSLO, NORWAY – 15 MARCH 2024

Circa Group AS (stock symbol: CIRCA): Chief financial officer, Tone Leivestad, has today informed the CEO and board of directors of Circa Group AS (the "Company") that she has decided to accept a job offer with another company. Tone will continue to support the Company throughout the notice period and will also continue to have an interest in the Company as a shareholder going forward.

Circa Group AS would like to thank Tone for her commitment and valuable contribution to the Company. The search for a successor will be initiated immediately.
