Circa Appoints New CFO
CIRCA APPOINTS NEW CFO
OSLO, NORWAY – 2 June 2021 – Sustainable biochemicals company Circa Group AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: CIRCA) has appointed Tone Leivestad as CFO. Ms Leivestad will be based in Oslo and will start on 1 September.
Tone Leivestad is a senior finance professional with considerable experience in finance, consulting and industry. She has previously held Director roles, as Head of CFO Advisory/Consulting at both KPMG Norway and Accenture Norway, as well as Group CFO in top-tier operations.
Ms Leivestad is an important addition to the Circa executive management team as the company transitions into its scale-up phase and further establishes its presence across Europe. In addition, Ms Leivestad will be based in Oslo, Norway, enabling closer relations with the Norwegian, Nordic and European investor community following the recent listing on the Euronext Growth Oslo.
Ms Leivestad will replace current CFO Peter Gome who has been involved with Circa Group for more than five years and has been CFO for the past year during the capital raise process.
