On 17 June 2022, the Company was informed that Mr. David Richards, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, purchased 29,603 shares of the Company's Ordinary Stock on the open market at an average price of 280.7p each. Following the purchase, Mr. Richards is now beneficially interested in a total of 1,836,867 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 17 June 2022, the Company was informed that Mr. Bob Corey, the Member of the Board of Directors, purchased 29,603 shares of the Company's Ordinary Stock on the open market at an average price of 265.6p each. Following the purchase, Mr. Corey is now beneficially interested in a total of 51,773 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
