The board of directors of WANdisco plc ("WANdisco" or the "Company") (AIM: WAND) (the "Directors"), the leading provider of non-stop Big Data, has been advised that pursuant to the Placing, the Directors have the following Ordinary Shares and holdings in the Company:

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
