COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 11 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 4 and 8 it bought back 304,423 own shares at an average price of € 0.4963, for a total amount of € 151,073.82.
