COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, January 2 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between December 27 and 29 2017 it bought back 143,132 own shares at an average price of € 0.5544, for a total amount of € 79,349.01.
