CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 8 gennaio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 2 al 5 gennaio n. 102.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1965 per un controvalore complessivo di € 122.039,20.

Milan, January 8 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 2 and 5 it bought back 102,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.1965, for a total amount of € 122,039.20.
