CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 22 gennaio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 15 al 19 gennaio n. 73.541 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1910 per un controvalore complessivo di € 87.584,32.

Milan, January 22 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 15 and 19 it bought back 73,541 own shares at an average price of € 1.1910, for a total amount of € 87,584.32.
