CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 29 gennaio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 22 al 26 gennaio n. 91.598 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2195 per un controvalore complessivo di € 111.701,88.

Milan, January 29 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 22 and 26 it bought back 91,598 own shares at an average price of € 1.2195, for a total amount of € 111,701.88.
