CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 5 febbraio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 29 gennaio al 2 febbraio n. 251.374 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1706 per un controvalore complessivo di € 294.251,42.

Milan, February 5 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 29 and February 2 it bought back 251,374 own shares at an average price of € 1.1706, for a total amount of € 294,251.42.
