COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 5 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between January 29 and February 2 it bought back 119,329 own shares at an average price of € 0.5861, for a total amount of € 69,937.83.
