CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 19 febbraio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 12 al 16 febbraio n. 246.312 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0918 per un controvalore complessivo di € 268.925,23.

Milan, February 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie IndustrialiRiunite S.p.A. announces that between February 12 and 16 it bought back 246,312 own shares at an average price of € 1.0918, for a total amount of € 268,925.23.
