CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 5 marzo 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 26 febbraio al 2 marzo n. 338.955 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0926 per un controvalore complessivo di € 370.341,07.

Milan, March 5 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 26 and March 2 it bought back 338,955 own shares at an average price of € 1.0926, for a total amount of € 370,341.07.
