COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 5 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 26 and March 2 it bought back 176,229 own shares at an average price of € 0.5337, for a total amount of € 94,050.50.
