COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between March 5 and 9 it bought back 199,759 own shares at an average price of € 0.5608, for a total amount of € 112,022.29.
