CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 19 marzo 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 12 al 16 marzo n. 346.365 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1568 per un controvalore complessivo di € 400.668,41.

Milan, March 19 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 12 and 16 it bought back 346,365 own shares at an average price of € 1.1568, for a total amount of € 400,668.41.
