CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 26 marzo 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 19 al 23 marzo n. 343.404 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1334 per un controvalore complessivo di € 389.204,74.

Milan, March 26 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 19 and 23 it bought back 343,404 own shares at an average price of € 1.1334, for a total amount of € 389,204.74.
