CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 9 aprile 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 3 al 6 aprile n. 204.779 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0706 per un controvalore complessivo di € 219.239,79.

Milan, April 9 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 3 and 6 it bought back 204,779 own shares at an average price of € 1.0706, for a total amount of € 219,239.79.
