COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, April 16 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 9 and 13 it bought back 72,991 own shares at an average price of € 0.4818, for a total amount of € 35,166.31.
