COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 7 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between April 30 and May 4 it bought back 53,453 own shares at an average price of € 0.4900, for a total amount of € 26,194.23.
