COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 14 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 7 and 11 it bought back 77,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.4853, for a total amount of € 37,370.20.
