COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, June 25 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between June 18 and 22 it bought back 196,024 own shares at an average price of € 0.4564, for a total amount of € 89,473.79.
