COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 6 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE - Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between July 30 and August 3 it bought back 138,158 own shares at an average price of € 0.4569, for a total amount of € 63,128.79.
