COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 8 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 1 and 5 it bought back 79,366 own shares at an average price of € 0.4633, for a total amount of € 36,769.17.
